To ensure a safe, respectful, and joyful experience for both our visitors and our animals, please review and follow these important guidelines:

• Kindness is required. Our animals must be treated with care, compassion, and gentleness at all times.
   
• Wait for a staff member. Please do not enter or exit any animal area unless an attendant opens the gate for you.
   
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.
   
• No rough or inappropriate behavior. This includes (but is not limited to): pulling on horns, riding, sitting on, picking up, hitting, kicking, pinching, pulling, or chasing animals. Mistreatment of animals will result in immediate removal from the property.
   
• Keep fingers out of mouths. Some of our animals use their mouths to explore and may accidentally nip—please be mindful!
   
• Wear farm-appropriate attire. Closed-toed shoes are required. We recommend clothing you don’t mind getting a little barnyard dirty. Check out our FAQ page for more detailed info on what to wear.  FAQ | brandywinecowcuddles.com
   
• Be aware of your surroundings. Animals are gentle but can be unpredictable. Please watch for horns, hooves, and sudden movements, especially around back legs.
   
• Waivers are required. All guests must sign a waiver before interacting with the animals.
   
• Practice good hygiene. Use the hand sanitizer we provide when entering and exiting and wash your hands after your visit. Avoid touching your face during your session.

We charge per attendee, which includes all guests and photographers.

Children 1 year old and under are free with a paying adult—no ticket needed for the littlest cuddlers!

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

We understand plans can change—sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• To reschedule, use the “Manage Appointment” button in your confirmation email.
   
• Changes must be made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
   
• For help rescheduling, feel free to call, text, or email us.
   

Please note: Once a session is booked, it cannot be refunded, regardless of circumstances.

Sessions are held rain or shine. In the event of unexpected rain or snow, we may combine sessions or move under our covered barn area.

The snuggle ranch is open rain or shine—a little mud never stops the cuddles!

We’ll notify you via the phone number or email provided at booking as soon as a decision is made to cancel, delay, or reschedule your session for any reason.

If the ranch is closed at the time of your scheduled session, you’ll be given the opportunity to reschedule.

Please note: We do not issue refunds.

To help keep Brandywine Cow Cuddles a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly place for all, we kindly ask that visitors follow these policies while on the property:

• Waivers are required. Every guest must sign a liability waiver before entering the facility or participating in any animal interactions.
   
• Entry is at your own risk. By entering the property, all guests accept the inherent risks involved in visiting a working farm and participating in animal activities.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service. Any guest violating laws, rules, or farm policies may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund, at our discretion.
   
• Photos & video. Your visit may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to the use of your image or likeness.
   
• Proper attire is required. Shirts, pants, and appropriate closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
   
• Activities are subject to change. We may adjust or cancel events and activities at any time due to weather, animal health, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Keep your belongings safe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items.
   
• Bags may be searched. For the safety of our animals and guests, we reserve the right to inspect bags and items brought onto the farm.
   

We always do our best to accommodate your preferred cuddle crew, but specific animals are not guaranteed. If a cow is feeling under the weather, recovering, or simply better suited for a different group, we may make a gentle swap. The number of cows in your session will only be adjusted if absolutely necessary—and always with your comfort and experience in mind.

Yes—we keep basic First Aid supplies on hand for minor scrapes or bumps.
In the event of a serious injury or emergency, please call 911 immediately and notify a staff member right away.
