Snuggle Ranch Policies

1. Animals must be treated with kindness. 
2. You must wait for an attendant to open the gate when you are entering or exiting the animal pens.
3. Parents must supervise their children at all times.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  
4. No riding, sitting on, picking up, hitting, kicking, pinching, pulling, chasing, or any other forms of harassment of the animals is permitted.  We reserve the right to ask a visitor(s) to leave the property in the event that animals are being mistreated. 
5. When feeding animals keep fingers and hands safely out of their mouths.
6. Wear farm appropriate clothing and shoes. No open toed shoes are permitted.
7. Be careful! Injuries are possible. Be cautious of horns and hooves! 
8. Wash your hands.  Use the hand sanitizer that we provide when entering and exiting.  Keep your hands and fingers away from your face. 

What is the Refund Policy?

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Ticket Exchanges: Session tickets can be exchanged to a different date or time via the "manage appointment" button found on your confirmation email. Exchanges must be done more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.  For questions or issues with rescheduling, please call or email for further assistance. Once you have purchases/booked a session online, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Forced Closure/Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of ranch closures, rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice will be permitted. Ticket date changes are not available based on the forecast (only for actual weather conditions at Snuggle Ranch). Sessions are offered rain or shine and will likely not close in the event of inclement weather. If the weather is uncertain, please check with the ranch before visiting. We do have a run in/barn with an overhang in the event of unexpected rain/snow. 

What is your weather policy? 
The Snuggle Ranch is always open, rain or shine!  If it is raining, snowing, muddy or very wet, we will allow rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice. Please check the weather or call to check farm conditions/closings. Snuggle Ranch, LLC reserves the right to close any or the entire ranch due to weather or ranch conditions.

If you have a reservation a ranch manager will notify you by phone/text or email listed on your reservation as soon as the decision has been made to cancel, delay or postpone your event. Rain dates cannot be given at the time of booking, but rescheduling is possible if time slots remain available. Please call the morning of your reservation for options, rescheduling or cancellations. If the ranch closes on the date and time your event is scheduled, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule. We do not give refunds! Check the weather before purchasing your cuddle session(s).

Is First Aid Available? 
We stock standard First Aid supplies. For an emergency, call 911 or have anyone at Snuggle Ranch call for you.  

General Admission Policies: To ensure a safe environment for all visitors, Snuggle Ranch has the following policies to be enforced on the property. Snuggle Ranch’s mission is to maintain a family focused, educational and fun atmosphere. 

• Persons entering the facility, and the grounds assume all risks incidental to the event. 
• Snuggle Ranch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law, rule, regulation or policy during Snuggle Ranch, LLC events and visits. 
• Persons are subject to potentially having their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes.
• Proper attire including shirt, blouses, pants and foot apparel are required to be worn at all times. 
• Activities or events are subject to change and/or cancellation at Snuggle Ranch LLC’s sole discretion. 
• Snuggle Ranch LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced personal items.
• Snuggle Ranch LLC reserves the right to inspect and search all items and guests entering the farm.
