1. Animals must be treated with kindness. 
2. You must wait for an attendant to open the gate when you are entering or exiting the animal pens.
3. Children must be supervised at all times.   
4. No riding, sitting on, picking up, hitting, kicking, pinching, pulling, chasing, or any other forms of harassment of the animals is permitted.  We reserve the right to ask a visitor(s) to leave the property in the event that animals are being mistreated. 
5. Keep fingers and hands safely out of their mouths.
6. Wear farm appropriate clothing and shoes. No open toed shoes are permitted.
7. Be careful! Injuries are possible. Be cautious of horns, hooves, and back legs! 
8. All patrons are required to sign a waiver  
9. Wash your hands.  Use the hand sanitizer that we provide when entering and exiting.  Keep your hands and fingers away from your face. 

We charge per attendee. This includes any guests and photographers. 

We do not charge for kiddos under 24 months with a paying adult.  

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
Sessions can be rescheduled to a different date or time via the "manage appointment" button found on your confirmation email with 24-hour notice. Rescheduling must be done more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.  For questions or issues with rescheduling, please call, text, or email for further assistance. Once you have purchased/booked a session, it cannot be refunded.

Sessions are offered rain or shine.  In the event of unexpected rain/snow sessions may be combined. We have a barn with an overhang.  See weather policy for more information.

What is your weather policy? 
The snuggle ranch is always open, rain or shine!  

We reserve the right to close any or the entire ranch due to unsafe weather or ranch conditions.

If you have a reservation, we will notify you by phone/text or email listed on your reservation as soon as the decision has been made to cancel, delay or postpone sessions. 

If the ranch closes on the date and time your event is scheduled, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule.

General Admission Policies: To ensure a safe environment for all visitors, the snuggle ranch has the following policies to be enforced on the property. Our mission is to maintain a family focused, educational and fun atmosphere. 

• Persons entering the facility is required to sign a waiver. 
• Persons entering the facility, and the grounds assume all risks incidental to the event. 
• We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law, rule, regulation or policy during events and visits. 
• Persons are subject to potentially having their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes.
• Proper attire including shirt, blouses, pants and appropriate foot apparel are required to be worn at all times. 
• Activities or events are subject to change and/or cancellation at our sole discretion. 
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced personal items.
• We reserve the right to inspect and search all items and guests entering the farm.

Please note: While we do our best to accommodate your chosen herd, specific cows are not guaranteed. If a cow is sick, injured, or better suited for the ages in your group, cow swaps may be made. The number of cows will only be adjusted if absolutely unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the best possible experience.
