FAQ

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŒพWhat should I wear to the Farm?

Hereโ€™s what we recommend to help you stay comfortable, safe, and snuggle-ready:

  • Dress for the weather. Layer up in the cooler months or dress light when itโ€™s warm. Sessions happen rain or shine! Tight fitting clothes are recommended.

  • Boots are best. Work boots, rain boots, or steel-toe shoes are ideal. Avoid shoes with lacesโ€”Maple loves untying them!

  • No open-toed shoes or sandals. For safety reasons, these are not allowed. No exceptions.

  • Wear pants. Youโ€™ll be more comfortable cuddling, sitting, or kneeling in the pasture.

  • Empty your pockets. Please leave all personal items at home or in the car (except your phone or camera). Our cows are curious nibblers who think everything is a treat!

  • No Croc charms. Theyโ€™re cute, but our babies might try to eat them!

  • Skip the fringe, dangly jewelry, or loose accessories. These can pose a risk to our animals and might get tugged or chewed.

  • Tie up long hair. This keeps it safe from sweet but slobbery nuzzles.

  • Bug spray and sunscreen are always a good idea, depending on the season.

Dressing smart means more time enjoying the moment and less time worrying. We canโ€™t wait to welcome you to the pasture! ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒพ

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Admission Policy

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธWe do not allow unpaid guests or photographers to attend or observe.

๐Ÿ‘ถ๐ŸผChildren under 24 months are free with sessions of two or more people. Children are not permitted in individual adult sessions.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Do You Charge for Observers?

Yes, we charge for observers. We do not allow unpaid guests or photographers to attend or observe.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Cow Cuddles for Kids

We welcome kiddos of all ages to share in the magic of cow cuddling!

  • Children 24 months and under join free during sessions of two or more people.
  • For safety and space, strollers are not allowed in the cuddle area. We recommend holding or using baby carriers for our tiniest guests.

Every child is unique, so cuddling experiences may vary based on your little oneโ€™s height, comfort, and behavior around animals. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of both your child and our cows. Sessions are tailored to create a calm, safe, and joyful experience-whether that means gentle brushing, quiet sitting time, or simply watching from a cozy spot nearby.

Have questions or want tips on preparing your child for their visit? Weโ€™re here to help you plan a wonderful cuddle session!

Mobility restrictions

If you have mobility restrictions or medical concerns pls contact us to book to ensure appropriate accommodations. This includes slow physical response time, the use of mobility devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs), or balance issues etc.

We can provide guidance to help you schedule with the appropriate animals, area, and activities based on mobility concerns and/or mobility devices.

๐Ÿ“ธCan I take photos?

Yes, feel free to take as many photos as youโ€™d like during your visit! ๐Ÿ“ธ

You can book a photo add-on to any session for $55 (15 minutes), or contact us to book a dedicated photo session with one of our photographers for beautifully captured memories.

If you plan to bring a professional photographer, please be sure to include them when booking.

Please note: a $50 animal wrangling fee may apply. This includes assistance with animal positioning and safety and is required when:
โ€ข Children under 12 are present
โ€ข Approved props are used
โ€ข Outfits with embellishments are worn

This helps ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for both guests and animals. ๐Ÿ’›

Can we bring snacks for the cows?

We do not allow outside snacks for the animals.

What are the cows used for?

Our cows are beloved pets, not livestock. In fact, my kiddos are proud third-generation vegetarians, and our animals are here purely for love, cuddles, and companionship. Highland cows can be milked if they have babies. Our cows are not used for milk or breeding.

Can you accommodate groups larger than 25 people OR longer sessions?

Yes! We love getting creative to help you celebrate!!
